About Erin

About our Founder, Erin Dennis, CPCE

Erin has wide-ranging experience in catering, sales, marketing and leadership training spanning over 30 years working for hotels, catering companies and event professionals. She has broad experience leading teams, managing projects, building relationships and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.

For 18 years she was an adjunct instructor at Central Piedmont Community College for the Hotel & Restaurant Management School. During that time she hosted over 25 interns and assisted with their training and providing a head start on their career paths. Erin has taken her teachings “on the road” and has conducted presentations for local and national associations and student organizations. Her classes and presentation topics include Marketing your Small Business, Careers in the Hospitality Industry, “Handshakes to Hugs” Building Relationships - Not Networking, Meeting & Event Planning, Hospitality Marketing and Changing Lives and Businesses through Mentorships.

Evergreen Hospitality Solutions gives Erin the opportunity to do what she loves most; coaching, training, ensuring event excellence and building successful sales and event teams.
